Valley City Public Schools is seeking nominations for the 2024 Teacher of the Year award. Nominations for this honor may be submitted by students, parents, staff, alumni, and/or community members. All certified and licensed teachers in grades K-12 are eligible for this award (including counselors, special education teachers, etc.). Nominations for this honor should be submitted using the below link. This means healthcare consultations are now just a video call away, right from school. Key Benefits: - Immediate healthcare access for students and staff. - Reduced need for off-campus appointments. - Convenience for families, with less disruption to daily schedules. We're rolling this out in the spring, aiming for full operation by August 1st of the 2024-25 school year. More details coming soon on how you can take advantage of this service.

March Students of the Month Selected: The March Students of the Month for Valley City Jr. High School are Colton Gerlach, Lauren Hoganson, Hudson Kriewald, and Kinley Larson. Valley City Jr./Sr. High staff nominate students based on the following criteria: being a hardworking student, showing respect for staff and peers, being honest and trustworthy, attending school, and being involved in school activities.
